I’m looking for land/partners
I’ve been working on the project for a long time and my tiny cabins are finally reaching completion. Now, I’m on the hunt for a location.
In order to get this project launched and start testing the offering as soon as possible, I am looking for partners who already have land and want to come together to improve their existing offerings.
The cabins will be available for short-term rental on Airbnb. We’ll also have a wood fire sauna and hot tub! Sure why not!
Ideally, you are looking to attract customers to a venture that is already running that would be complementary to the cabins. This could be anything from an outdoor centre, a health & wellness business, a pub/restaurant or even a country house or hotel.
What I’m looking for:
Located within 90 minutes drive of Dublin/Wicklow.
Scenic land, ideally 2/3 acres.
Access to facilities like water, power & waste.
What’s in it for you?
Money. A fixed price rental agreement or revenue share.
Customers. Increased footfall for an existing business.
Long term agreement if we are a match.
