30 Day productivity Challenge
For the next 30 days, October 1st to 30th, I doing a self designed productivity challenge. I’ll be documenting this over on Instagram with daily videos so you can follow daily updates there.
Fitness & Health
My daily fitness goals for October are:
Exercise Daily - Gym, Jiu Jitsu, Run, Yoga, boxing or whatever I can get done that day.
Drink 2 litres of water per day & take vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin D & Omega 3.
Track my macros using MyFitnessPal app.
Work & Productivity
My daily work goals for October are:
Journal using my Best Self journal each morning.
Plan each day the night before. Create a clear timetable & to-do list for following day.
Create 1 new business idea or improvement idea for my current business.
